@EdConnectNet #Edconnect I just missed this as I was on my last day with family in the UK. The sun came out for a beach visit and I also managed a quick clothes shop. Picture of my favourite Cafe at the beach. I'm missing it already.
@EdConnectNet Yes I start trying to get myself back into routine before going back to school by building a relaxing bedtime routine. Also I often find a warm low caffine drink can sometimes help. #EdConnect
@EdConnectNet I get about 8 hours on a weekday a little longer on a weekend depending on whether I remember to put ether on MrESTโs pillow or not ๐

@EdConnectNet Hey #EdConnect in terms of sleep it varies! I always sleep more during term time than I do during the holidays! I try to get between 5 to 7 hours a night where I can.
