Borrowed this from my colleague to share with a student in #ENG2P who finished it today. S loved the way the author used colour to show changes in setting. S said the book is "heartwarming" and relatable. "This book is a piece of art."

Here's a #GoodNewsStory, 1/2 of my Ss in #ENG2P @MontcalmCougars have read 1 book since the start of semester 2. One student is on book #5! They choose their own books and cultivate their own reading journey. 20+ minutes a day of reading. I guide, support, ask questions, praise.
