We donโt know how Belift address/reviews/decides which media/photos are chosen, how they get posted or cross checked media once it is posted. We do believe in assuming the best intentions, yet @BELIFTLAB WE HAVE PLACED A LOT OF FAITH in you to take care of him #EQUALRESPECTFORJAY

why all this shit keep happening to Jay ? Whatโs the company problem with him ? Like is it so hard to treat him fairly ? Uploading a pic with only six members on the official Pinterest page what we supposed to understand from that ? @BELIFTLAB

For the days leading up to and in the days of his birthday, we avoided posting about complaints and concerns. We know that Jay monitors a lot online and we wanted him to see only positivity and good things for at least that period of time for his special day. This post has been delayed further because of official scheduled content drops and milestones, but now we are able to go full force on speaking up about things we've held back for a while now.
We have also moved in the background to try and get some answers directly from certain sources such as Getty Images, and the only thing we got from their prompt response was that the availability of images "depends on a number of factors and that images go through a process of manual checking". This is also largely dependent on the photographers and editors, but we feel that as a company with significant weight, @BELIFTLAB could have done better in staying on top of this, especially since it was a critical time for promotion following a huge event for their artist.
The same goes for the other concerns of ENGENE about Jay mentioned in the photo below.

+ no JAYโs solo photo in any Korean media regarding Enhypen's performance at Coachella. Considering that Korean media usually gets their official photos whenever an artist does activities overseas from the artistโs company, so please treat them equally, all 7 of the members deserves the same exposure and promotion.
+ only 6 members can be seen on this Pinterest photo, without JAY.
+ JAY only has 1 solo photo uploaded on ENHYPEN official pinterest account.
Stop tone deaf, donโt show your favoritism too much, and start doing your job properly @BELIFTLAB
@BELIFTLAB r u way more comfortable excluding jay every single time, huh? I bet u had a lot of photos this performance, but why always choosing 'OT7' pic without JAY in it? Ar u blind? Where's the guy who hit the high note after 13th songs??
