6/9 Chainlink uses $LINK, an #ERC677 token, as an incentive for node operators to provide accurate data. Node operators are required to stake #LINK as collateral. If they act maliciously or provide inaccurate information, their staked LINK is forfeited. 💰

When countered with $LINK will be used cross-chain we were laughed at & called scammers. $LINK #ERC677 is the most important infrastructure token. Reducing txs with transferAndCall & off-chain computation kept the #Ethereum ecosystem ticking then as it still does now ETH/USD 👑💎

@QuadsofTruthh Token is needed to pay for services just like any other project. Why is Chainlink special here? Just because services are new & usage isnt high doesnt mean token not needed. If you look at how #ERC677 is used to reduce data transaction costs youd know more about why its needed.
