@proophOS team is working on a final solution for skipped events, caused by visibility issues of RDBMS and the way such DBs deal with transactions.
That said โ๏ธ, why does #EventEngine exist? It's a message bus, #eventsourcing and persistence layer in one. It's our own "company" framework that we share as #OSS and use in projects. It provides some special features and is a great starting point to learn #CQRS & #eventsourcing.
Added #eventsourcing to an internal framework of a company (AggregateRoot, DomainEvent, Repository, ...). After some discussions we decided to go with #EventEngine MultiModelStore (#prooph event store + document store). Integration took me just a few hours. #PickWhatYouNeed #DIY
Next week will be 1st time working with @laravelphp . We'll help our client to merge #EventEngine concepts into their boilerplate, so that the teams can start working with #CQRS / #ES. The devs are eager to try it after Big Picture and Design-Level #EventStroming sessions.
