#RaulValle #JamesMcGrath #RyanHeinz #ThomasConnery #FaisonTeele 🚨 RAUL VALLE BACK IN COURT! Raul Valle, now 20 was back in court! In 2022, at age 16, got into a fight during a house party. A brawl involving Valle & several others escalated - leaving James McGrath fatally stabbed. 3 others were seriously injured - Ryan Heinz, Thomas Connery & Faison Teele. A jury found Valle not guilty of murder & first-degree assault. They were deadlocked on the lesser charges of reckless manslaughter & reckless assault. Valle’s new attorney, Darnell Crossland is arguing for his charges to be dismissed! He argued the state was not able to prove his client was not acting in self-defense at the time of the stabbing. He also argued that trying Valle again would bring up the same issues, which is unconstitutional under the double jeopardy law. “I beg the court to apply the idea that if we were to try this case at 3:00 this afternoon, the exact same victims would be brought up, the exact same defense would be brought up, the exact same burden that the state had in the first trial would be used & it would be Groundhog’s Day all over again”. 📌 Judge Kevin Russo is expected to issue a ruling in the coming weeks! 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
