दिल्ली की एक युवती को शादी डॉट कॉम पर मेरठ के राहुल अग्रवाल मिले. राहुल 2 बार युवती को मेरठ लाये, परिवार से मिलवाया. ट्रस्ट बढ़ाया और फिर तीसरी बार उसे मेरठ के एक होटल में ले जाकर उसके साथ संबध बनाये.
इस दौरान वीडियो भी बनाई. बाद में शादी का वायदा और वीडियो के आधार पर उस पर मानसिक दबाब बनाकर मेरठ बुलाकर यौन शोषण करते रहे. 17 जून को युवती शादी करने मेरठ आ गयी. 3 दिन होटल में युवती को रखने के बाद राहुल के घरवालों ने शादी करने से इंकार कर दिया.
अब यहां से "मिशन शक्ति अभियान" की असली कहानी शुरू होती है. पीड़िता फरियाद लेकर महिला थाने पहुंची. महिला थाने में कहा गया कि हम सिर्फ शादीशुदा महिलाओं की फरियाद सुनते है. पीड़िता को सिविल लाइन थाने भेजा गया. सिविल लाइन पुलिस ने दलील दी कि जिस होटल में वह रूकी थी वह मेडीकल थाने में है, मेडीकल जाइये. वह मेडीकल पहुंची, वहां भी उसे टरका दिया गया.
आरोप है कि दुष्कर्मी की ओर से बीजेपी पार्षद उत्तम सैनी "महिला सम्मान" में आड़े आये है. पीड़िता की 21 जून से फरियाद नही सुनी गयी. आज वह SSP आफिस पहुंची. अफसरों ने कहा जांच करायेगें.
यूपी के हर थाने में मिशन शक्ति केन्द्र बनाया गया है जो महिला शिकायतों पर मिनी थाने की तरह सेपरेट काम करता है.
सोचिये! सबूतों के साथ पीड़िता की फरियाद है और FIR लिखने के बजाय उसे टरकाया जा रहा है.
