3/3) Using the standard EU fiscal deficit rules and measures, Ireland will record a surplus of 1 billion euro next year. Using the new GGB* measure, it will record a deficit of 8 billion euros. That's more than the entire higher-education budget. #FDIGrowthModel #POL30880
