@JoyceMatthews_ @EduMhairi @cjohnstone28 @gael_simpson @missemcgowan @LoganNicolson @andielou241 @KatieWorrall84 @thompo71 #ffNorA1 I really enjoyed the different activities. I actually recommended the writing task to my daughter last night as a way of embedding her learning.The more skilled we can be at facilitating adult learning, the more beneficial the learning will be for everyone.

@JoyceMatthews_ @EduMhairi @cjohnstone28 @gael_simpson @missemcgowan @LoganNicolson @andielou241 @KatieWorrall84 @thompo71 I always lacked a little bit of confidence beforehand but during and after gained more confidence. I am hoping that with a new toolkit my confidence will increase. #ffNorA1

@JoyceMatthews_ @cjohnstone28 @gael_simpson @missemcgowan @LoganNicolson @andielou241 @KatieWorrall84 @thompo71 @WadleyJennifer #ffNorA1 I think I felt it had no time to waste and so probably less time to really connect with the CLPL. Now that time is probably one of the most important pieces.

@JoyceMatthews_ @EduMhairi @cjohnstone28 @gael_simpson @missemcgowan @LoganNicolson @andielou241 @KatieWorrall84 @thompo71 I would agree with @KatieWorrall84 - I used to think I had to have a lot of knowledge on the subject and now realise the importance of facilitating sessions so everyone learns from each other. Using a range of tools to support the process. #ffNorA1

@JoyceMatthews_ @EduMhairi @gael_simpson @missemcgowan @LoganNicolson @andielou241 @KatieWorrall84 @thompo71 @WadleyJennifer Q5 Adults being relevancy oriented sits easily, like others I’m less sure that adults are necessarily internally motivated and self-directed #ffNorA1
@JoyceMatthews_ @EduMhairi @cjohnstone28 @gael_simpson @missemcgowan @andielou241 @KatieWorrall84 @thompo71 @WadleyJennifer #ffNorA1 like Jennifer, I'll be mindful of who is in the conversation, their experiences and what may be motivating them. I'll also be more mindful of being a true facilitator, trust in the process and try not to direct dialogue to my preffered outcome.
@WadleyJennifer @JoyceMatthews_ @EduMhairi @cjohnstone28 @missemcgowan @LoganNicolson @andielou241 @KatieWorrall84 @thompo71 Agree, being able to engage at my own pace in my own time without feeling pressured to do so. #ffNorA1
@gael_simpson @JoyceMatthews_ @EduMhairi @cjohnstone28 @missemcgowan @LoganNicolson @andielou241 @KatieWorrall84 @thompo71 Probably being able to engage at a time that suited me rather than having to be in a certain place at a certain time. Also, reading the response of others and having thinking time. What about you? #ffNorA1

@WadleyJennifer @JoyceMatthews_ @EduMhairi @cjohnstone28 @missemcgowan @LoganNicolson @andielou241 @KatieWorrall84 @thompo71 An opportunity to engage with new people who have similar interests, an opportunity to learn together #ffNorA1
