Sources tell me the pursuit started when he fled Sierra Blanca Checkpoint (a remote area between El Paso and Van Horn), crashed his car, then fired at officers, who returned fire, and killed him. #FIRSTONFOX: ***WARNING*** disturbing video: ICE takes down a crew tied to violent home invasions, targeting small business owners across Texas. A total of four have been federally indicted, and two have been convicted. The group is said to be members of the South American Theft Group (SATG), an organized network of foreign nationals, usually from South America, who travel throughout the U.S., targeting wealthy homes and businesses. According to ICE, most members are in the country illegally or on expired visas. The video is from one of the home invasions, where the victim is heard screaming while two masked men with guns chase him. One of the members— Joel Hallynson Espinal-Cantareo, an illegal migrant from Honduras was convicted of interference with interstate commerce by robbery. According to investigators, he was involved in at least three armed home invasions in Irving, Cedar Hill and Frisco, where business owners were pistol-whipped, zip-tied, and forced to hand over cash and valuables.
#FIRSTONFOX: ICE arrested two criminal Illegal migrants wanted for murders on the same day in Texas and Georgia. In Texas, William Machado, a criminal illegal migrant from Honduras, who was wanted by law enforcement since 2022 for murder, was arrested, according to DHS. In Georgia, ICE arrested Salvador Rodriguez-Mendoza, a twice deported criminal illegal migrant from Mexico with an active arrest warrant for murder. His rap sheet includes multiple drunk driving offenses, drug possession, driving without a license, and driving on suspended license, according to DHS.
#FIRSTONFOX: Federal officials tell me the 12-year-old girl at the center of one of the most disturbing abuse case I’ve seen out of Texas, is an unaccompanied minor who crossed the border at just 1 years old under the Obama Administration. According to detectives, the 12-year-old girl’s mother was living in Honduras, while the young girl was living with a distant uncle who sexually abused her in Houston. She was then taken in by two sisters who knew the uncle and the abuse continued. According to affidavits, the 12-year-old escaped from restraints in the home she was being abused and held captive in. Detectives say she was found with injuries all over her body, extreme malnutrition, had an infected gash on her head, and a zip tie on her wrist. The girl told detectives the sisters- Brenda and Tania Garcia beat her, starved her, and restrained her. According to court docs, she was bound with zip ties and at times, tied to a chair for “stealing food.” The girl told detectives she was hit by cables and a belt with a spike on it until she bled. She had her mattress taken away, and only allowed to sleep on a table cloth on the floor while she was restrained, according to the docs. The sisters’ charges include felony injury to a child, unlawful restraint and invasive visual recording. Sources say this is an example of why the Trump administration is prioritizing the need to vet sponsors properly and find unaccompanied children who have been lost in the system.
#FIRSTONFOX- Father and son arrested for smuggling roughly 400 guns, magazines, and large quantity of ammunition from U.S. into Mexico, according to ICE officials. On Oct 23, CBP Officers at the Laredo Bridge port of entry came across two vehicles towing box trailers attempting to leave the U.S. Officers inspected them and found fake walls in the box trailers. Behind the false walls were hundreds of firearms. Emilio Ramirez-Cortez, an LPR, and his son Edgar Ramirez-Diaz, a USC, were arrested for federal firearms smuggling violations. Both will be turned over to U.S. Marshals custody pending their initial appearance in federal court.
#FIRSTONFOX: DHS releases information on the criminal illegal migrants detained at 26 Federal Plaza in NYC, where 11 democratic elected officials were arrested yesterday after trying to enter the ICE detention facility to inspect the conditions. The officials joined protestors who had a signs saying “NYers against ICE,” and blocked ICE vans from leaving.
DHS tells me there are 16 detainees at the processing center and some of the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens include MS-13 gang members and criminals convicted of illegal possession of a weapon, drug trafficking, and serial drunk drivers.
1: Vladimir Kuca: from Albania and illegally entered the U.S. in 2023 and was released into the country under the Biden administration. He has been convicted of drug trafficking in Switzerland and was handed over to ICE by the FBI.
2. David Abrego Alvarado: From El Salvadorans a confirmed MS-13 gang member. He was first removed from the U.S. in 2017 and illegally returned in 2023, under the Biden administration and was paroled into the U.S. he has a DWI conviction.
3. Juan Hernandez Saravia, From El Salvador and confirmed MS-13 gang member. He has been convicted of three DUIs and has two additional convictions for possession of a weapon. He was previously removed in 2007 and re-entered the U.S. illegally at an unknown date and time.
4. Juan Enrique Pena Soriano: From the Dominican Republic and entered the U.S. at an unknown date and time. He was arrested by the DEA for possession of a controlled substance and turned over to ICE.
5. Asker Aslanovich Khutov: From Russia and illegally overstayed a B-2 tourist visa and has a final order of removal from an immigration judge. He has been convicted of criminal possession of stolen property.
6. Miguel Ramirez: From Mexico and illegally entered the U.S. at an unknown date and time. He has been charged with
restricted consumption and was previously convicted with resisting arrest.

Here are the facts: Brad Lander showed up to 26 Federal Plaza unannounced with agitators and media and proceeded to obstruct law enforcement and cause a scene,” @TriciaOhio said. “He yelled inside the building that he was ‘not leaving’ until detainees were ‘released.’ As a result of the chaos caused by Lander, Federal Protective Service called NYPD, and local police along with federal law enforcement arrested 71 agitators and sanctuary politicians including Brad Lander, two New York State Senators, and nine New York State Assembly Members. MS-13 Gang members, drug traffickers, serial drunk drivers, and illegal possession of a weapon. These are the criminal illegal aliens these sanctuary politicians were fighting to be released back onto the streets of New York City.”

#FIRSTONFOX: I have learned the mother of the Minneapolis school shooter, Mary Westman, has retained a criminal defense attorney, who I just spoke to on the phone. I asked attorney Ryan Garry why his client hired a criminal defense attorney and he said, “She is completely distraught about the situation and has no culpability but is seeking an attorney to deal with calls like this.” I also asked why the police chief says he has not been successful in speaking to his client and was told he “can’t comment on the case.”

According to reports, while working as an Uber driver, the criminal illegal alien sexually assaulted a 21-year-old woman who fell asleep in the backseat of this illegal alien’s car. Reportedly, she woke up in the front seat of Chami’s car parked near a school with her shorts unbuttoned. #FirstOnFox: In the Houston, TX area ICE arrested 356 criminal illegal alien gang members during the first six months of the Trump administration. To compare this, in the first six months of the Biden administration, just 75 gang members were arrested in the Houston, TX area, according to DHS. That is a 375% increase in arrests of gang members under the Trump administration in this area.
These 356 gang members were convicted of 1,685 criminal offenses including murder, child sex crimes, sex trafficking, arson, and theft. In total, ICE arrested members of more than 40 different gangs including 39 MS-13 gang members, 25 Tren de Aragua gang members, was 159 Paisas gang members
#FirstOnFox: ICE lodged arrest detainers on three criminal illegal aliens from Venezuela, charged with capital murder in Garland, TX. Investigators linked the shooting to an aggravated robbery at the Deluxe Inn the same morning. A woman there reported two Hispanic men forced their way into her room, held her at gunpoint, sexually assaulted her, and stole cash, jewelry, and her ID before fleeing. According to DHS, the criminal illegal aliens admitted to targeting sex workers, believing they were less likely to report crimes. Yosguar Aponte-Jimenez confessed to over 25 robberies and Jose Trivino-Cruz admitted to two more robberies that day, according to DHS.
1. Yosguar Aponte-Jimenez crossed the southern border illegally on May 3, 2023, and was released into the U.S. by the Biden administration. Aponte-Jimenez is charged with capital murder and remains in custody.
2. Jose Trivino-Cruz entered the U.S. illegally unvetted via the CBP One app on October 9, 2024, and was released into the country by the Biden administration. He’s charged with capital murder & aggravated
3. Jesus Bellorin-Guzman illegally entered the U.S. unvetted via the CBP One app on January 6, 2025, and was released into the country by the Biden administration. Bellorin-Guzman is charged with capital murder and aggravated robbery and remains in custody.
#FIRSTONFOX: ICE lodged a detainer on a previously deported illegal migrant charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman at his apartment complex in Pasadena, TX. Records show he pretended the victims air conditioner was leaking into his apartment, then grabbed and dragged her into his apartment and sexually assaulted her. Pasadena Police believe there are may be more victims. Jose Maldonado-Zavala was previously deported to Honduras in 2011.
