MESPT staff concluded a three-day Capacity Strengthening Training on Young Women-Centered Design, Disability Inclusion and Safeguarding, aimed at strengthening inclusive approaches across the organisation’s programmes facilitated by Light for the World Kenya and Women's Empowerment Link (WEL) The training explored key areas including young women-centered design, refugee and disability inclusion, inclusive communication and finance, as well as safeguarding and risk management. It also provided an opportunity for staff to reflect on how these principles can be further integrated across MESPT’s work in financial inclusion, business development, climate adaptation and resilience, policy and partnerships, and the FIYMA Program.
