Shocked to hear today that one region in Canada found 170 admission proformas for different inpatient services and reasons for admission. Turns out we are amateurs at #Formification in the #NHS!
More Staff or better Information Processes?
I could release at least 1/2hr nursing time to Do Care per admission and improve the communication of information and improve #PatientSafety but not if Chief Nursing Officers continue to back #Formification with religious zeal.
