Who are Your Favorite Afrikan musical
artists!
In this intro(Layile), Franco not only makes his guitar sound like a bass guitar but also makes it sound like he was playing two guitars.
Franco was not your normal guitarist.

Here Franco paired Malage with another young star, Jollie Deta who was 18 years at the time. Franco is on vocals. Just listen to that intro!

Is Franco delibaretly causing chaos in Ilousse with his guitar? Listen at 1:50. Also, as the sebene was starting he was lugging behind. You can also hear the antagonization between him and the soloist in the sebene. It was good chaos nonetheless.

What song has the greatest guitar solo of all time?
We always talk of Franco the artist. He was an outstanding leader to. He gave a platform to young talents such as Malage. He is among the few members of OKJ still alive. There songs Franco featured in with Malage.

Give me an album that deserves a 10/10 with absolutely no skips.
Some of the other sunset years bangers from Franco although not in this album.

During his last days, although very weak and ill, Le Grand Maître gave us a few bangers. One of his last studio projects in 1988 gave us an album that was actually released after he had died in 1992.

Have you noticed the drums from around the 5th minute?
Franco's guitar here is not spoken enough btw. There are some riffs at around 7:42 there.
Could we have been normalising abnormality?

One of the most defining songs made by the Grand Maitre. Kimpa Kisangameni.
Ever noticed the trumpets in the opening act after the bass guitar?
How about the utterly disgustingly good rhyhm guitar on this?
Ever heard Franco's lead guitar on here?
Bwana, we were spoilt even in his mourning!
Great Franco Luambo Luanzo Makiadi month ahead Baninga!
LISANGA YA BANGANGA.
Another one of my favorites. One of the few TLR songs I like. It being Franco's month, we will focus on him.

Franco's guitar here. You see those riffs after DJO's second submission>>>
It is Franco's month so I will speak on Josky in this song on another day.

We are just friends- Franco & His O.K Jazz.
I love this album. Franco went all out on the strings in all the songs.
Masterclasses on the mic as well by him and ofcourse Londa.
Seems Matalanza was asked to sit this one out 😂
Is Visi the rhythmist in all the songs? @QuietStorm254 @cestessentiel
