6) I ran to my seat to grab my phone to capture the audio, handed it to the flight attendant & got on the PA. I introduced myself & thanked everyone who participated in the story. Phones went up like crazy as I started to read our story. OUR story. #funexpected #ThursdayThoughts

4) I raced to the front of the plane & asked the sole flight attendant if he wanted to contribute to the story & then asked if I could read it on the PA. I fully expected him to say it was against FAA regulations to let passengers on the intercom. #funexpected #thursdaythoughts

3) To my surprise, over an hour later and after a few hiccups, the notebook was returned to me with a complete story. I was ecstatic. The ideas were fantastic, the story was adorable and 13 out of 44 passengers filled it out. #funexpected #thursdaythoughts

1) Last week I did something that scares me & was blown away by the response. Flying from STL to NYC on @AmericanAir, I wanted to do something "fun"expected for the passengers. I wrote the beginning of a story in a notebook asking them to add to it. #funexpected #thursdaythoughts
