How can I prepare to donate blood?
✔ Bring a valid form of ID
✔ Weigh at least 110 lbs.
✔ 17 years of age or older
✔ Physically healthy with no signs of sickness
✔ Avoid caffeine
✔ Drink plenty of water
✔ Avoid antibiotics or steroids, 7 days prior
