After the state of North Carolina lost in federal court, the NC General Assembly changed the law. It is now legal to carry, to purchase, and to transfer firearms during declared states of emergency. #GRNC is incredibly proud of this accomplishment.
@FlyCitationX @GrassRootsNC @jaustincarter @GunOwners Anybody home at @GrassRootsNC ? Is it legal to carry in NC when an emergency is declared?
In addition to being the Twitter Jockey, I’m also the office manager. I receive and process incoming mail, including donations and membership payments. Each week I see the same names, over and over again. You know who you are. We at #GRNC are profoundly grateful for your support.
@peemoldy @jaustincarter @SC_2A_Coalition Two things you can do for us here in #NC
1. Get your NC friends to vote for pro-freedom candidates.
2. Have them join #GRNC

Another batch of #GRNC candidate surveys received in the mail. If you haven’t completed your candidate survey then do so immediately. Get the rating you deserve.
Andy is coordinating the survey tabulation. Let him know if you haven’t received your official #GRNC survey.
NC Candidates for Federal, statewide and legislative office. You should have received your GRNC Survey in the mail. Many have already returned theirs. Don't forget, you can complete it online....just follow the instructions included on the survey itself. Don't procrastinate, don't be late, and certainly DON'T EARN A ZERO because you neglected to return it on time.
We can't HELP candidates who WON'T HELP themselves!
Yesterday I attended a very special lunch at the Gurkha Museum in Winchester, and learnt about ‘Project Kaida’: https://t.co/f6XDatvfPY
It reminded me of sculpting first Gurkha VC, Kulbir Thapa rescuing a British Tommy in 1915.

Pro gun? Fill out the survey.
Anti gun? Fill. Out. The. Survey.
Don’t hide your light under a bushel. You will want to brag about your #GRNC Candidate Score.
FILL! OUT! THE! SURVEY!
Candidates! We are folding and mailing your #GRNC candidate surveys. Pro gun voters want to know how you plan on voting. Don’t be the candidate who gets a Zero because you just didn’t bother to fill out your survey
We would like to point out that without #GRNC’s lawsuit this State of Emergency declaration would have banned you from carrying a firearm outside of your house.
Gov. Cooper signed a State of Emergency in preparation for impacts from Potential Tropical Cyclone Sixteen. We want to ensure that farmers, first responders and utility crews have the tools necessary to prepare for severe weather.

@GraigMeyer We at #GRNC believe that violent predators getting shot by their intended victims is not only good for the intended victim but for society as a whole. Perhaps @GraigMeyer and the rest of the Victim Disarmament Lobby feel differently.
#GRNC Board member Sean represents us at the annual Sir Walter Gun Club GRNC Benefit match.

#GRNC is out at the Sir Walter Gun Club USPSA benefit match. I’ll bet we’re having way more fun than you are!
#GRNC President Paul Valone: “Ironically, one of my volunteers, a highly trained concealed carry practitioner, had left the area of the shooting less than 30 minutes prior. But even if he’d been present, he couldn’t have prevented further carnage. Why?” https://t.co/FEeUqWEHH6
We’re sending this guy to Sir Walter Gun Club to shoot their #GRNC Benefit Match. Want to support us by shooting your gun? You can sign up, or donate, as well!

#GRNC President @PaulValone: “Are you people stupid? We are responsible for HB650. We helped write it. We pushed pols to get it passed. ALEC had nothing to do with it.”

This conservative-leaning organization wields considerable influence on state policy in North Carolina. https://t.co/rHKfSmnEPq
Our unofficial social media policy is that we at #GRNC avoid using any language online that we would be unwilling to repeat in front of our mothers. Because of that we decline to give our honest opinion of this proposal. You may quote us on that.
This is what the media and the anti-gunners (but I repeat myself) think of me. That “gun lobby?” They mean @GrassRootsNC and they mean ME. I’m a board member and a long term volunteer. I was involved as were all #GRNC members and staff.
We are so proud of all our winter sports teams and their accomplishments this season. Special shout out to our Storm Ladies 🏀 @WS_Storm_WBall #GRNC #ConferenceChampions #Family https://t.co/cbisO776Nu
This mornings less gentle exersoze was my third outing at a local 10k run. Definitely my slowest attempt but given I've not run in over 4 weeks that was unsurprising.
Thanks as always to organisers @BVRunners and #GRNC who provide many of the marshals.
