Notice/transparency is important - but getting people to acknowledge/sign it as some indication that they read and understood it fell flat in practice. Notice = good; signing the notice, IMO, doesn't accomplish much.

I like the work of @Sagebio and @wilbanks that renders forms web-enabled based on design, icons, how people actually process info. BTW, its #opensource #HLSChat

People should be ABLE to move it, but not made to do so. #HIPAA permits the #healthcare system to move it as necessary. Make use of that. #HLSChat
