@KevSternbergUro @veerukasi @BJUIjournal @birkensarah @RichMatulewicz Data from #IDENTIFY_Study suggests we should risk stratify MH especially with age, smoking and gender as these are the main risk factors that predict cancer in this low prevalence group. I think other risk factors 'fine tune' the risk but do not have as much effect

Perhaps a stepped wedge cluster randomised trial? @gsmaclennan thoughts? @hsru_aberdeen
