When should my child get the polio vaccine? Children should get 2 doses of IPV at 6 weeks & 14 weeks, together with PCV & Pentavalent 3 vaccines. IPV and PCV are given on the same thigh but with a space of 2 centimeters apart, while Pentavalent 3 is given on the other thigh #IPV2
