Back in the middle of @Moneypenny HQ today taking questions from staff about their home IT problems. It's all about engagement with IT and giving our users a way of asking anything they like. #ITDropIn If I don't get any questions I get a chance to catch up on email!

My fave bit: Martin described how he has regular 'open office' hours where Moneypenny employees can come to him with questions and requests for help on tech/security related stuff, personal or otherwise. I think that's a great way to build a positive culture inside the org! https://t.co/vsYQujHz0X
