Plans at #Tongaat #JSETON for rushed and ill-conceived #rightsissue are bad for SA capital markets. I support calls by activists to vote against the enabling resolutions today. There are better ways to appease Tongaat bankers with better outcomes for existing shareholders.

#JSETON. TONGAAT. Some interesting analysis on FinTwit about this share. Chart looks like a bull flag breakout with a nice uptrend since July last year. At a high level: Property(at book value) less debt implies R40 share price. Sugar price is supportive. Problem is timing
