As part of our #CommunityMatters programme, local primary school pupils took part in a Science Masterclass this week. Ably assisted by Kennet pupils, they learnt about acid and alkali reactions, mixing them in test tubes and seeing the results. #KennetScience

Year 5 primary school pupils enjoyed a #KennetScience masterclass yesterday where they were challenged, in teams, to build a structure strong enough to hold an egg for 10 seconds. Fun was had by all with their scientific efforts recognised with certificates from the Headteacher.
Friday's House Science competition saw pupils from Years 7, 8, 9 and 12 collaborate on five different scientific activities, including distillation and neutralisation. It was a tough decision but St David House were crowned this year's winners. #KennetScience #NonUniform
