🇨🇳 #KeyMed registered a Ph3 trial for its CD3/BCMA bispecific antibody CM336. It is the first Ph3 trial for CM336. https://t.co/LD02UKwr7H It is a randomized, open-label, multicenter clinical trial (n=280) aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of CM336 monotherapy compared to investigator-chosen standard treatment regimens in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM) who have received at least two prior lines of therapy. The primary endpoint of the study is progression-free survival (PFS). Previously, CM336 has completed a Phase I/II study in R/R MM. In the dose-escalation cohort, 23 patients were evaluable for efficacy. The results showed that, with a median follow-up of 12.1 months, the objective response rates (ORR) in the ≤5mg group, 20-40mg group, and 80-160mg group were 17%, 71%, and 80%, respectively. The proportions of patients achieving stringent complete response or complete response were 17%, 71%, and 60%, respectively. This is a multicenter, open-label, Ph1/2 clinical study. The primary endpoints of the study are safety and tolerability (adverse events, laboratory tests, dose-limiting toxicities, etc.) and efficacy (objective response rate [ORR] assessed by RECIST v1.1).
