There's a decent chance of not one, not two, but three #LCFN milestones this week:
Six full months of 200 mile weeks
43,000 miles
and...
wait for it...
2,000,000 feet of climbing since day one.
42K miles yesterday
5K miles for 2018 coming up tomorrow
And bang on course to complete five 1K months in a row this time next week

121 #LCFN miles today, the second longest leg of the whole journey. And it's longer than the longest leg of the #Ride2Cure from Brisbane to Adelaide which starts in August.

The beast fae the east is but a distant memory now: today it'll be '200 mile week' x 20 in a row in training for the #Ride2Cure.

A thousand miles in a month for an unprecedented fourth time. It took 320 miles in the last week to blag it, but hey, it's done now.

Two hour conference call with the big man, my roadie, this morning. We've got the route out of Brisbane totally sussed: their bike highways make our Glasgow 'bike lanes' look like dirt tracks.

LCFN is on schedule to gatecrash 40,000 miles next Saturday (morning) so I'm planning on being in The Admiral on Waterloo St on Saturday afternoon. I'll take the flag.
