AGPL has edge based on TTM/annualised EPS ... but tea prices still down YoY
LDEV's only asset : 57% stake in AGPL
- Higher dividend chance at AGPL as LDEV has no cash income
#CSE
#LDEV 1Q24 EPS -91% YoY to 35 cents
LDEV is an investment holding Co. whose only asset is 68% stake in Agarapatana Plantation (AP)
➡️ AP 1Q24E PAT estimated at ~Rs106 mn; 1Q24E EPS ~25 cents

Agarapatana IPO managers, Capital Alliance Partners (CAL), have also not included any forecasts or DCF valuations in prospectus
Forecasts with sensitivity analysis of key variables should have been included
CAL's 'valuation' done purely on relative TTM basis

#LDEV fair value calculation based on financials. Compared to last Q, Rev -7% GP +3% PBT -19%. Good to see improved GP when Rev going down. PER 4 can take the market price to 40+. Solid results when other companies upsetting its investors.
💥 WB once said,

Just like how $CALT.N and $AAIC.N moved through their respective pivots on strong volume, you'd wanna see $AGST.N and $LDEV.N do the same.
Volume is very important to confirm a move.
Last of the 4 requested stocks will be posted later today.
