We just wrapped up a POWERFUL week at #LeadTheCause! We had 400 teenagers and student leaders from across the nation along with 14 key global leaders from 6 Continents (conspiring to adapt and adopt the Gospel Advancing principles and practices for their own cultural contexts.) This week we took a deep dive into Isaiah 6:1-8 and discovered how to become “Firestarters” when it comes to revival! From this powerful Old Testament passage teenagers learned how to encounter 4 Fires: 🔥 The Fire of God’s Presence 🔥 The Fire of God’s Holiness 🔥 The Fire of God’s Forgiveness 🔥 The Fire of God’s Call The testimonies from the outreach were amazing. The sessions from Jerrod Gunter and @zaneblack were transformational. The worship from the worship team was electric. The training from the core trainers was both inspiring and practical. Over the week these teenagers engaged in 1,628 Gospel conversations on the streets of Denver with 84 indicated decisions for Christ! Every country leader, youth leader and student leader left with a plan (of their own making) to take the 🔥back to their own community! Pray for these students, youth leaders and global leaders as they head back to set their world ablaze with the Gospel of Jesus Christ! As they collectively declare, “Here am I send me.” Well done @dare2share team! God was glorified and Satan was horrified this week. I am SO PROUD of all of you!

Pray for these students, youth leaders and global leaders as they head back to set their world ablaze with the Gospel of Jesus Christ! As they collectively declare,

“Here am I send me.”

To effectively equip teenagers to share the gospel, they need lots of time to role-play gospel conversations. That’s one of the things that we do @dare2shareministries during #LeadTheCause. Parents this is something you can do at home with your kids. Youth Leader this is something you can do in youth group.

I went out sharing the Gospel with a group of 100 + young people at a #LeadTheCause Local in NYC. I had 6 gospel conversations and, let me say this, people are usually open to talking about spiritual truths when approached with humility and kindness.

Well #LeadTheCause is a wrap. But the movement is just beginning! Not all the numbers are in yet but, so far, it looks as though 450 teenagers and 27 global leaders had 1,686 conversations this week between friends back home (call, text, letter) and people on the streets of Denver. The lost got saved and the saved got sent! #tgbtg I love doing ministry alongside @zaneblack and @jgunter5! They are the dream team when it comes to speaking to youth! Also the worship was phenomenal, Ari, our teen emcee, was amazing, Megan Mashek, as always, shined. Ben Philllips did a phenomenal job training the youth leaders. And the volunteers and staff @dare2share knocked it out of the park! This week included: ✅ A powerful time of prayer at Columbine High School and the Columbine Memorial ✅ Service projects in the city, working with the amazing people at the #Dreamcenter in Denver ✅ Saturating the streets of Denver with Gospel conversations (not presentations) ✅ Unpacking spiritual warfare all week from Ephesians 6:10-20 ✅ Working with youth leaders and teenagers to develop plans they can take back home to reach their own communities for Christ ✅ Conspiring with global leaders on how to infuse and accelerate a Gospel advancing philosophy and vision into their strategies to reach #EveryTeenEverywhere in their own countries and continents with the Gospel! Today we workshop with teenagers all morning and challenge each of them take 3 “Dares” as they make their post #LeadTheCause plans for the year. Dare #1: To Grow in Christ personally (consistent rhythms in prayer, quiet time, worship, evangelism, etc) Dare #2: To create a “Cause crew” (friends, classmates, etc) they can be on mission with to reach others for Christ. Dare #3: To lead the way at their schools and in their youth groups for a gospel advancing, disciple multiplying movement. Pray for these teens and youth leaders as they make plans to take their campuses and communities by storm with the hope of the Gospel!

At #LeadTheCause we have a PRAYER Day, CARE day, SHARE day and DARE day. Today is PRAY day. We break down the Lord’s Prayer today: Praise, Request, Admit, Yield as a guide. Then we spend the afternoon at #ColumbineHighSchool to pray for revival on campuses across the world!

We are doing a #LeadTheCause event on spiritual warfare and experienced a power outage within the first 10 seconds of the event. No coincidence! Prayer warriors hit your knees. The battle is on but the war is already won through Jesus! It’s time to #LevelUp

Will you join me in prayer as nearly 500 teenagers, youth pastors and global leaders gather this week for #LeadTheCause in Denver, Colorado? Pray for the following… ✅ That they will be inspired and equipped to evangelize and make disciples. ✅ That they will be effectively trained to engage in spiritual warfare on behalf of the next generation. ✅ That each of them will leave with a plan to reach their sphere of influence with the Gospel (campuses, communities and countries!) Also pray for health and safety as they hit the streets of Denver this week proclaiming the good news of Jesus! Our key passage is Ephesians 6:10-20. Our theme is “Level Up!” May the lost get saved and the saved get sent this week!
