Dear SEBI, We accepted the removal of daily expiries — painful as it was to junk the systems/software we had built, we still adapted. But removing weekly expiries altogether would be overkill. Systems that traders have developed over decades — already vetted by your own esteemed officials — would be rendered useless. If the genuine intent is to reduce retailer losses, here’s a suggestion: ✅ One common weekly expiry day across all exchanges ✅ One common monthly expiry day across all exchanges But please don’t remove everything. That will derail the ecosystem, damage price discovery, and weaken hedging for short-term events. Thank you. Jai Hind! 🇮🇳 #Regulation #OptionsTrading #SEBI #srinivega
