1st day not sampling in weeks: Wakes up at 5 am (usual time), falls asleep at 6 am. Wakes up at 11 am. Eats lunch. Lays down and falls asleep till 4:45 pm. Texts @A_Bagel_Pruitt about it. She woke up at 1 pm. Then took a 1.5 hour nap. We needed it. Now to keep pushing! #MAPS2019
