In 2020, #vijayawadanatureclub was initiated to introduce nature to local communities. In 3yrs, some members took responsibility to share the knowledge with other nearby towns. @KrishnaMohanD2 @swami_bogim and others, amazing contribution.Thanks to @InsideNatGeo #MatthaiTrust 1/2

Tirupati Bird Atlas, with intense grid surveys covering multiple habitats we are in the process of mapping the birds of Tirupati city. A biodiversity atlas is also in making with support from @InsideNatGeo #Matthaitrust @IiserTirupati @iit_tirupati @fesforcommons @apbiodiversity

For the second time Andhra Pradesh contributed 100% in Great Backyard Birdcount. From only 3-4 districts participation in 2017-18 to all the 13 districts participation in 2021 & 22. Amazing effort by AP birders. Thanks to #Matthaitrust and @InsideNatGeo for supporting our work.
