Is this how @Meesho_Official runs an online business? 😡No pickup, no responsibility, no accountability — just the same copy-paste replies from customer care! It’s been 3 weeks and still no action! AWB: R1483768266FPL | Courier: Shadowfax #MeeshoFail #CustomerServiceDisaster

Dear @Meesho_Official , I’m disappointed with my recent order. Product quality didn’t match the website. I raised a return request, but despite daily follow-ups for a month, pickup was never arranged. Shockingly, the request was cancelled! @meesho_support @meeshotech #MeeshoFail

Frustrating experience with @Meesho_Official . Ordered a pack of 2, got only 1. No return, only exchange. Pickup cancelled 3x—driver says return both packs. How, when I got one? If I got two, why exchange? Fix this—send my 2nd pack or refund me! #MeeshoFail

"Disappointed with @Meesho_Official service! Order marked as 'delivered' but never received. No OTP received either. Requesting prompt resolution: deliver my product or refund my amount. @meeshotech #meeshoCustomerCare #ResolveThis #MeeshoFail #CustomerSupport @meesho_support
