These stories are simply heartbreaking. Unfortunately, unless there are relatives who can get parental rights of these kids, they could end up in Mississippi's foster care system... the broken system we just filed a contempt/receivership motion against #MSfostercare #fostercare

The 5,000 foster children in Mississippi's care deserve much better; Mississippi's foster care system is broken. The state is hurting children. That's why we intend on filing a contempt motion. A court-appointed receiver is absolutely necessary to fix #MSfostercare. #fostercare
