@SquigglyRick @billshortenmp To move into #Fraud Taskforce for #NDIS, no less 😣 Unless big changes in the past few years, #NDIA & #DHS are entwined: with #tech, 'customer' communications, etc. (not counting #APS cultural relationships)🧐 Will #MyGovFail be #NACC'd? #NotMyGov #RoboDebtRC

website still locks me out after I created new account, why does myGov want to exclude an Age Pensioner from Centrelink or Medicare, a chap named Alex said Techs were on it, no mention on their website, why no public updates? #myGovFail #Auspol

@geoffrey_payne Hi again Geoff, if your account is permanently locked and you've tried creating a new one using the same email address, the myGov Helpdesk can release this for you. We understand you already tried calling us about this but we encourage you to try again on 132 307 before 10pm.

anybody locked out of their myGov account??...I am, it appears the new website is designed for mobile phones only & my Chromebook is excluded, I have accessed it & utilised it for many years, now I have ZERO contact with Centrelink & Medicare #myGovFail #Auspol

@geoffrey_payne Hi Geoff, if you get your password wrong 5 times, myGov will lock your account for 2 hours, and if you get it wrong 4 more times, your account is permanently locked and you’ll need to create a new account. 1/2

@GuardianAus's @murpharoo is spot-on about @stuartrobertmp: If you are in the middle of a pandemic ... now is not the time to indulge yourself with a reflection (that no one asked for) on deserving & undeserving poor. https://t.co/mG9RpHD586 #auspol #Centrelink #MyGovFAIL

I've been trying really really hard to not say anything during this crisis - but HOW IS THE GOV LETTING THIS #Centrelink QUEUE BULLSHIT HAPPEN! In 10 days our number of #covid19australia cases will skyrocket. Our curve is already exponential. This is NOT OK! #MyGovFail

#mygovfail MyGov is an incredibly user unfriendly website - and I'm pretty tech savvy. How must this be for people who have English as a second language, or aren't that great at reading, or who don't use computers every day? Must do better @mygovau

@pauldutton1968 @kangjaro13 @_JamieWatt @Centrelink @AlanTudgeMP's #MyGovFail & @SenatorFifield's #NBNFail are evidence that they don't give a damn about Aussies who live in remote places.
