In order to be extradited the allegations need to be a crime in both countries.
Even though Dan is innocent of the allegations against him, the allegations were not even a crime in Australia back in 2012 when Dan was working in South Africa.
Dan is being used as a political pawn. If he is extradited this could set a dangerous legal precedent in Australia.
Enough is enough, Dan should be home with his family.
