A bit of #offtop but I wanted to use this occassion to share about my country’s important date, especially that we were talking about CN’s important dates.
Today we have a National Day of Remembrance of the Warsaw Uprising.
Every year on August 1st at exactly 5:00 p.m. (Godzina “W” / W Hour), Warsaw falls silent to honour the thousands of men, women and chilrdren who rose against the German occupation in the hope of liberating their city.
The uprising lasted 63 days. It got very little of outside support during that time. It was also the single largest military effort taken by any European resistence movement during World War II.
It was led by the Polish resistance „Armia Krajowa” (eng. „Home Army”). The uprising was timed to coincide with the retreat of the German forces from Poland ahead of the Soviet advance. While approaching the eastern suburbs of the city, the Red Army halted combat operations, enabling the Germans to regroup and defeat the Polish resistance and to destroy the city in retaliation. Around 150,000–200,000 civilians lost their lives. Around 700,000 civilians were expelled from the city.
The defeat of the uprising and suppression of the Home Army enabled the pro-Soviet Polish administration, instead of the Polish government-in-exile based in London, to take control of Poland afterwards. Poland remained part of the Soviet-aligned Eastern Bloc throughout the Cold War until 1989.
Today, it’s 82nd Anniversary of the outbreak of Warsaw Uprising and we again, pause to remember and we are are proud of our brave ancestors.

I’m typically not one to overshare like that but I believe this is platform to do this atp, by the end of this tweet y’all will understand why.
Not sure if any of you remembers that a few days ago I felt like I’m being stalked, I even posted about this. this feeling was with me all the time. for context, I have cptsd and in recent months I was forced to comeback to therapy and on medication even though I successfully lived my live without it for 1.5 years. For privacy reasons I will not share why, but I will tell you that one person drove me into that situation.
Yesterday, when I was enjoying my time with my sister on her bday, I got a notification that there is a package sent by my country’s post office.
I didn’t order anything using that delivery option. I immediately felt threatened and this is because I had this gut feeling that it was not something I ordered and forgot. Due to that, I had harder time enjoying my time with my sister and family. My dad and stepmom were immediately worried. Since then, I had a huge headache, nightmares reoccured, I felt anxious and my cptsd triggers went up. I felt this way today too.
Finally the package game, I opened it and you can see the picture what it was. For context, I don’t give my home address to anyone, I don’t post on my private irl accs about Valko and the only person who could do this shit is blocked. Which means, I’m being stalked and my gut feeling was right.
I feel truly disappointed, threatened and all wounds are opened again. I don’t understand the intention, but for the last time, I’m asking - stop trying to get back in my life. This “present” literally screams I’m stalking you tehehe. This is not funny, not cute.
It also takes my pleasure to enjoying Valko as a character and even during something that matters to me, which is boycott of cancellation that literally made me feel safe for the first time in weeks since another traumatic situation happened because of that person. Valko literally made me feel better and I was excited to meet him as a LI because of what happened in my life and what that person drove me into. And then infold cancelled him, and that person KEPT crossing my boundaries.
Now, this is specifically to that person: you knew that when I draw a line that I need someone out of my life, I don’t accept anyone butting back in, as you knew that this is what my abusive mother used to do after I went no contact with her. Yet, you are doing the same thing indirectly. I used to wish you to do well and be safe in life because of what we shared, but you are making it very hard for me now.
Stop trying to invite yourself into my life. I asked you before and this will be the last time when I ask politely. I don’t want anything to do with you. Just, stop. Also, go away from my safe space.
I really appreciate all the moots I met during boycott and I want to thank you for supporting me in it. I also feel greatful for my BL girlies I became moot with past this month. This situation will not take my love for Valko and me wanting to be in it with you, but today is the day when I’m truly speechless.
I also feel disgusted that I’m forced to post about something like that to X, whereas I was never a person to try to resolve things online on social media platform. But it needs to end somewhere, at some point. And considering what I mentioned earlier… I can not risk unblocking her, it is a saftey risk. This is the place to address it without me needing to go back to the source of all this.
#offtop btw not everything is going bad in my life I finished today very important negotiations of contracts that typically last 6-9 months on average and I did it in below a month (while also actively boycotting to #BringBackValko) and this is a huge personal win to me :3
i still feel creeped out and worried about two matters in my personal life but it will go better
