All experts in language models, training, machine learning, fine-tuning, datasets, evaluation, inference, quantization, and every other ancient or modern art involved in building large artificial intelligence models are invited to take part in the assembly. Let all those be summoned who know how to train models large and small, prepare data, refine weights, instruct agents, and turn simple machines into instruments of knowledge. Anyone with a proposal, an idea, a project, an experiment, a skill, or even just time and enthusiasm to offer is invited to come before the community and bring their contribution. During the Council, proposals will be gathered, possible directions will be evaluated, and the next endeavors needed to give shape, strength, and a future to OpenEmma will be discussed. The call will be public, open, and recorded. Its words will be preserved and later shared on the community YouTube channel, so that even those who cannot attend may listen, learn, and contribute.
