We’ve become un-enlightened. Cut off from Earth and Sun, modern humans live under artificial light with zero magnetic connection. That single shift altered our charge density, dulled our minds, and made us blind to the very forces that regenerate us. It’s not the load that breaks us. It’s how we carry it, disconnected, insulated, and glowing under blue screens. In physics, entropy wins. Things fall apart. In biology, light and magnetism fight back. They rebuild the nanomachines inside us, mitochondria, slowing the slide toward decay. Grounded solar exposure doesn’t just “feel good.” It optimizes the charge density of proteins so your body can create nearly 3 billion new mitochondria every second. Red light? ~2.2 billion. Blue light? ~800,000. Food? Almost zero impact on that charge density. There’s the lesson most people miss. Sunburns won’t kill you the way the centralized Rockefeller narrative claims. Grounded terrestrial sunlight drives mitochondrial autophagy and apoptosis far more powerfully than any scare story about burns. The data shows the opposite of what you’ve been told: consistent grounded solar exposure is linked to lower all-cause mortality. Burn away. I do. We need to relearn how sunlight shapes the flow of entropy, before our own inventions finish the job of making us opaque, dense, and disposable. Sunlight without Earth’s magnetism is incomplete. Together, they are the original disinfectant: they make our thoughts transparent to nature again.
