Whoop! Our work on #DynamicProgramming in #ProbabilitySpaces via #OptimalTransport has now been published on #SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization (#SICON)! ✅ We rigorously derive a separation principle in multi-agent control between the single agent and the fleet. 💯In the third reviewer’s words: "From a more general standpoint, it is worth recalling that separation principles (e.g. between control and observation, micro and macro scales, etc...) are ubiquitous in control theory owing to their practical attractiveness, and one may argue that rigorously establishing a result of this kind is a great achievement”. Joint work with Nicolas Lanzetti and @florian_dorfler. Paper: https://t.co/bqw51NSxKv

It took a while, but we finally delivered our new baby: #DynamicProgramming in Probability Spaces via #OptimalTransport : https://t.co/AibDCxodZq For such general problems without any assumptions (no linearity, convexity, continuity, ...), you don't expect elegant results. 1/2

Info about "#Vaccines",hope true, we'll see, thanks #GregAnderson {That stuff about "peering into the future" I suggest you don't take that literally--I used to program #AI programs to make predictions--they have #ProbabilitySpaces & guess outcomes ONLY

Wow! Great info about the "#Vaccines", hope its true, we'll see, thanks #GregAnderson: {That stuff about "peering into the future" I suggest you don't take that literally--I used to program #AI programs to make predictions--they have #ProbabilitySpaces & calculate outcomes ONLY}
