Sheehan also recounts two particularly significant episodes: the testimony he says he received from Oscar Wolf, who according to his account witnessed a telepathic interview with a living non-human being at S-4, and Sheehan's own experience viewing microfilm photographs that he interpreted as documenting the retrieval of a crashed UFO. 🛸 Oscar Wolf, Area 51 and the Living Being at S-4 Sheehan says he interviewed Oscar Wolf on his deathbed after Wolf personally reached out to him. According to Sheehan, Wolf had worked as a clerk typist for Project Blue Book, within the section dealing with the hundreds of sightings that remained unexplained. Wolf allegedly accompanied his commanding officer to Area 51 and was subsequently taken to S-4, where he was present during an encounter with a living extraterrestrial being. Sheehan describes the being as one of the “Tall Whites”: approximately six feet tall, with a large cranium and large almond-shaped eyes. Wolf was reportedly afraid of the being and considered it demonic, so he remained outside the room, watching through a two-way mirror, while his commanding officer went inside and communicated telepathically with the being. During this encounter, two fundamental questions were asked. The first was essentially: “Who are you guys anyway? And what are you doing here?” According to the account related by Sheehan, the being replied that it was part of a group of beings originating from different star systems within our galaxy. This group had allegedly been tasked with traveling around the galaxy, examining places where life had begun and reporting on the status of the development of life in those locations. A second question followed: “If you've been tasked to do that, who is it that tasked you to do it?” The answer Sheehan attributes to the being was: “You people would refer to it probably as God, but it's very, very different than you think.” Sheehan adds that he subsequently tracked down Oscar Wolf's son-in-law, to whom Wolf had also confided this story, providing what Sheehan regarded as additional confirmation of what Wolf had told him. 👽 The Five Species During the interview, Sheehan also states that at least five different species have been consistently identified by sources he considers highly credible. He says he has personally interviewed individuals deeply involved in these programs who claimed to have been physically in the presence of living extraterrestrial beings. Golembeske recalls that Eric Davis had previously mentioned Greys, Nordics, Reptilians and Insectoids. Sheehan says these represent four of the five categories and identifies the controversial alleged Pleiadian group associated with Billy Meier as the fifth, describing them as extremely similar to Homo sapiens. 📸 Microfilm Photographs of an Alleged Crashed UFO Sheehan then recounts a personal experience from the Carter era involving Marcia Smith and the Congressional Research Service. According to his account, he was allowed into a basement room where boxes and canisters containing microfilm were stored. He was not permitted to bring recording equipment inside and had to leave his briefcase behind, but he entered carrying a yellow legal pad under his arm. While examining the microfilm, Sheehan says he discovered a sequence of photographs documenting the same event. The photographs showed snow-covered terrain and an object that had apparently crashed and plowed across a field, turning up the soil and throwing dirt over the snow. At the end of its path, the object was embedded in an embankment at an angle of approximately 45 degrees. Sheehan describes it as a classic flying saucer, approximately 30 meters wide, with a large dome on top. Looking closely at the photographs, Sheehan noticed something particularly unusual: strange symbols were visible around the base of the dome. He says he focused the microfilm reader, opened his legal pad and used the inside cardboard backing of the pad to secretly trace, one by one, every symbol he could see on the visible portion of the craft. The photographs gave him approximately a 180-degree view of that side of the object; he says there were no photographs showing the opposite side. Sheehan later describes the markings not as hieroglyphics but as individual symbols, composed of different combinations of long lines, short lines, dots and small horseshoe-shaped elements, arranged around the base of the dome. He also states that no bodies were visible in the photographs. Instead, he saw U.S. Air Force personnel dressed for cold weather. One of the men on the far side of the object appeared to be recording the scene with a movie camera. According to Sheehan, the material on which he had copied the symbols was later stored with other Jesuit files in California. Following a flood at the storage facility, some of the material was discarded, and the copy of the symbols was never recovered. 🧠 Psychically Gifted Children and Psionics Programs Another major part of the interview concerns what Sheehan describes as programs designed to identify and develop psychic abilities in children. According to his account, the initial focus was primarily on children attending schools located on military bases, where the programs had access to them. The children were allegedly given tests presented as ordinary assessments of their abilities and aptitudes, while the tests were also being used to identify potential psychic capabilities. When a child appeared particularly promising, increasingly specific testing allegedly followed. Parents would reportedly be told that their child was unusually “gifted” and could attend a special school. Sheehan describes what amounted to a boarding school, where the children were housed and trained; some parents were reportedly even recruited to work at the facility. According to Sheehan, the program subsequently discovered that conditions of extreme agitation, fear and anxietyappeared to amplify the children's alleged psychic abilities. He says the children were then given amphetamines, with progressively stronger doses intended to bring them into a state of genuine terror. Sheehan claims that under these conditions some of the children would enter what he describes as another level of consciousness and experience phenomena resembling out-of-body experiences or astral travel. He further states that one of his sources told him that electric cattle prods were even used on at least some of the children to induce an extreme state of terror. According to Sheehan, the ultimate objective was to develop individuals capable of using these abilities to communicate with extraterrestrial beings, draw their craft in, and communicate with the occupants. The program was also allegedly attempting to develop a generation of potential pilots for recovered UFO craft, because, according to Sheehan, this psychic state would be essential to communicating with and operating these vehicles. ⚖️ Disclosure, Accountability and Amnesty The account involving the children leads directly to one of the central moral and legal questions of the interview: what should happen to individuals involved in these programs if full disclosure occurs? Golembeske asks Sheehan whether individuals associated with the so-called Legacy Group and classified programs should receive amnesty for what they have done. Sheehan responds categorically: “No. Absolutely not.” When asked whether granting amnesty might nevertheless be necessary to persuade these individuals to talk and achieve disclosure, Sheehan again answers no. Sheehan argues that other legal mechanisms are available. In particular, specific individuals could receive prosecutorial immunity for specific testimony, allowing investigators to obtain incriminating information about individuals above them or others involved in the programs without granting blanket amnesty. After hearing Sheehan's account involving children, Golembeske returns spontaneously to the issue. He says he finds what he has just heard “incredibly disturbing and unnecessary.” He mentions having two children himself and says the story affected him emotionally, expressing his hope that those responsible for such actions can be held accountable. 🏛️ The Legacy Group and the Path Toward Disclosure Sheehan also discusses the so-called Legacy Group, associating it with what people within the UFO community have called MJ-12 or the “Magic Group.” According to his account, the original members were eventually replaced by a second generation selected by their predecessors. Sheehan argues that reaching the information requires penetrating multiple layers of secrecy and discusses using legal mechanisms, including a potential federal racketeering complaint, to confront the structure. At the beginning of the interview, he is also strongly critical of the government channels established to receive testimony from whistleblowers. Asked whether AARO and the newly established reporting process can be trusted, Sheehan answers: “Absolutely not.” He argues that the whistleblowers themselves do not trust the process and describes it as a “catch and kill operation”intended to contain information while creating the appearance that it is being released. Instead, he identifies the Senate Intelligence Committee as the better pathway and names Rep. Eric Burlison as someone on Capitol Hill whom he considers particularly trustworthy on the issue. 🌌 Psychic Capabilities, Technology and What May Still Be Revealed In the final part of the interview, Sheehan claims that one or more of the alleged extraterrestrial species possess highly developed psychic capabilities, including telepathy, levitation and astral travel, and that their technology can amplify these abilities to such an extraordinary degree that they become part of their mechanism of transportation. Golembeske asks whether Sheehan means not simply projecting something across the universe like a hologram, but physically transporting themselves and their craft through these capabilities. Sheehan answers: “That's exactly right.” He then recounts a story he says he heard from Edgar Mitchell, concerning an experience attributed to Cooper at what Sheehan believes was Edwards Air Force Base. According to the story, a device was demonstrated using a Coca-Cola bottle containing a signed piece of paper. The bottle allegedly disappeared in one location and subsequently materialized in another room, still containing the signed paper. Sheehan concludes this portion of the interview with: “People think that their mind is getting blown now. They don't have any idea what's getting ready to happen.” Golembeske then raises the question of how much the people controlling such technologies can be trusted.
