#PTSDChat When it felt like it was all failure: I decided the next thing to do was take a step, a shuffle, a stumble, a fall forward. I didn't try to stop, I needed the momentum. #PTSID makes me forget I have that power inside. Fork, #PTSD!

#PTSDChat (HRM Mimzee the only) insists that we keep working toward helping anyone who is living with #PTSID and corresponding #MHIssues. He's living it too. Believe me.

#PTSDChat I won't participate in the nonsense of arguing with a #HatefulStigmaCreator, I don't argue with them. I post my truths on my experiences with #PTSID and other #MHConditions I'm living with. I will not waste my time with useless arguments! #BeInPeace 🫵🏼#LiveOnPurpose 👍🏼

#PTSDChat “regular” life is hard enough, tack on #PTSID, #Depression, #Anxiety, #Stigmas, suicide ideation, and other push buttons that can cause an activation; and breathing can become labored and inadequate.

#PTSDChat There’s a totality to everything. Even a half-empty glass is full at the halfway point. Maybe #PTSID is a halfway point for me. Maybe, I’m my whole self here. I’ll keep looking. But I'll try to accept whatever the results may be.

#PTSDchat I refuse to simplify the truth of what I’m facing. Yes, everyone faces each of the possibilities I mentioned in my previous post, but I just happen to do it with #PTSID as a companion force against my progress.

#PTSDChat happiness trued to get in, but #PTSID stood as a barrier against it. Nobody wants to live with #PTSD! Some of us, (me included!) found #Suicide to be the only route of escape. If you know of think think you know someone who's at that point. Listen, and suggest they call

It's been a viciously bad year for me, however, that may be, I'm not the surrendering kind, so I'll keep advocating and trying to motivate others to voice their opinions and even their pains about the impact of #PTSID and other#MHIssues on their lives. In truth, I need this too!

#PTSDChat Living with #PTSID makes me an underdog, but I know I can't expect the superhero doggie to show up to save me from my problems! I've grown some.🤔At least I think I have.

#PTSDChat I'm damaged, not damaging! I won't apologize to anyone for having adverse mental health issues to deal with! I had this when I served our country, and it didn't affect my speed, it's only my age and my infirmities that get in my way now. #PTSID can go to hell!

#PTSDChat Yes, I can get angry, yes, I can cuss with the best or worst of them, but hell no, I'm not dangerous because I live with #PTSID! I'm tired of that BS being said about anyone who has #MHISsues!

#PTSDChat We're not struggling in a vacuum, #PTSD/#PTSID permeates into the fabric of life, and everyone is impacted in some way. This is why we continue to discuss it here, someone has to keep this door open.

#PTSDChat #PTSID(Post Traumatic Stressful Impacts Discomforts) (Post Traumatic Stress Injuries Discomfort) are never debatable issues inside me, they can be overwhelmingly invasive and impactful in how they disrupt my life!

#PTSDChat I have to be my first advocate! Then, I must get out of the way of those who seek to help me. The latter is still the hard part for me. I feel like I'm impeding on their time, like I'm being a burden on someone else. #PTSID doesn't play fair, it just intrudes, chaotic.

#PTSDChat no one can prepare for #PTSID! I went, I told myself "that stuff only happens to other people!" Well, to other people, I'M OTHER PEOPLE! The impacts took their toll on my health that took me years to admit. It sent me to a #Suicide attempt! (thank you @KateMcKenna28)❤️

@PTSDchat_ Any psychological or emotional trauma can leave that pit in the mind, where #PTSID can fester and become a problem. It's not just a warfare-induced condition! No dice, on the #Stigmas about this invasive and repressive condition!
