For 3D volumes such as this one of the trachea in a stage 17 #Drosophila embryo, we have to image deep in the specimen.
Still, we need not worry about aberrations ruining our image. Using a deformable mirror, abberior’s #RAYSHAPE dynamically compensates for aberrations as the focus moves through the sample. For bright and clear images from top to bottom.
