It could have simply written in place of such detailed and newly Inserted Section 38 in CGST Act by Finance Bill 2022- "Section 38- We will not give ITC and will Block it anyway in the manner as may be prescribed.."

#Budget2022 “seamless” flow of ITC has been substituted with “seems less” flow under GST. No more it looks a value addition tax.#RIPITC
