With the #RTEAmendment, govt makes it easier for schools to hide bad quality. Onus is on parents, the family to educate now, not the institution.

Government lets itself off the hook. #RTEAmendment bill passed. Schools can make kids repeat Classes 5 and 8. No specific directions on what schools are required to do help kids learn beyond threatening them with failure.
