When we look at current price what matters is not the current Stock-To-Flow but the one in 4y (or next Epoc) for a proper valuation framework.
This is imo a more legit valuation model and it doesn't matter if price is not remotely close to it.
It is not meant for price prediction but a time basis valuation framework which imo will always be undervalued.
Gold market cap is ~$20T
Bitcoin market cap is ~$2T
So, gold is worth 10x bitcoin
Gold scarcity (stock-to-flow ratio) is ~60
Bitcoin scarcity is ~120
So, bitcoin is 2x scarcer than gold
IMO bitcoin is at least 10x undervalued
