They play games with each other (#ScriptPiracy/#PatientImpersonation/#PhysicianLocking) sometimes to steal, sometimes to interfere. All while #Patients suffer.

@JoseLopezRPh I know several pharmacies that have to explain what a PBM is and why the patient received a call from another pharmacy about their meds (#ScriptPiracy). Once the patients realize the truth, they always feel scammed. #PBM #PBMmafia #RXmafia

@puttfla Remember, #CVS is part owner of #SureScripts. Wouldn't be surprised if they used that data to aide in #ScriptPiracy. I also wonder if #Caremark is their #PBM, I've seen situations where they'll "helpfully" auto-fill stuff at mailorder after the initial claim at retail.
