Having a disabled child with medical complexity should not be a ticket to poverty. I shared my perspective in this OpEd with the hope of elevating family experiences. We need federal leaders to #SeeUsIncludeUs in poverty reduction policy planning. https://t.co/3H1zYv61wi

We continue to call on @DrBonnieHenry and @adriandix to prioritize us as parent caregivers, and our vulnerable kids, for vaccination. It's not too late. Every day matters to the life of a child. https://t.co/bNTtCMqVdM #SeeUsIncludeUs #RightToSurvive #CRC

So many gaps in the extremely vulnerable criteria. So many left out of vaccine prioritization. #SeeUsIncludeUs Thanks for elevating this issue @bethanylindsay, @BCEdAccess @Tefrin https://t.co/hlVagRCXzD

@CQualtro Your mandate lists doubling the Child Disability Benefit as a priority. We couldn’t think of a better time... #SeeUsIncludeUs

Let's prioritize essential caregivers, including parents, of children who are clinically vulnerable under the age of 16. We have spent a year shielding our high risk kids. Thanks for raising this @ReadyForMyShot. #SeeUsIncludeUs

Good to see some steps in the right direction in terms of vaccine prioritization for people with disabilities in BC. Can we PLEASE include parents and caregivers of clinically vulnerable children under the age of 16 1/3 #SeeUsIncludeUs https://t.co/Ifv564zU1S

We have been completely left behind. We ask all levels of government to act now and include us in response and recovery plans. Please #SeeUsIncludeUs and create a path forward for #strongfamilies.
