It has been a while since I last shared tips on somatic movement therapy, so hereโs something for you.
We speak of movement only when we are aware of it as an uninterrupted stream.

We usually donโt perceive the subtle pulls and counter-pulls in our bodies. But when we do become aware of them, we feel more alive and gain a richer awareness of the space around us.
๐Try This Exercise๐
PROCESS:
1-Walk forward while paying attention to your back.
2-Walk backward while paying attention to your front.
Ask yourself: What is on your back? What is in front of you?
Do the same with the sides:
3-Walk to the right while thinking about your left side.
4-Walk to the left while thinking about your right side.
5-Now walk normally while directing your attention to the top of your head and the bottom of your feet.
โญ๏ธImagine someone gently pulling your head upward (lengthening your spine).
At the same time, try to sink your feet downward, as if youโre walking on soft sand.
โญ๏ธEnjoy the exploration and notice how your sense of space and presence shifts as you move.

But even simple, repeated actions help: stand up from your chair, walk, touch the floor, stand, and reach your arms overhead. Thank God for every breath.
Do this short sequence just 3 times and youโre done for the day. Most people stay stuck because they overcomplicate it.
You donโt need a hard workout โ just move with intention during your normal tasks.
But if you have time and like to dance, use this song. It helps the mood
