I was really unmotivated to get my activity ring today BUT today is day 6 of 7 for a streak of getting all three rings for a limited edition award in the Apple Watch Activity app!! So I just sucked it up and got it done. #SQLSelfcare
So I want to get this award in the Apple Activity app - you have to close all 3 rings for 7 consecutive days. I wanted to go outside for my 30 minutes of exercise today but it is gloomy. So I am walking around the house. Better than nothing. #SQLSelfCare

@SQLZelda @AngelaTidwell Alright, that is it. I'm done with sitting on my butt. I just realized its been over a year since I got on my #peloton I just did 20 minutes. I'll do the treadmill tonight. Going to start two a day short workouts to get at least 400 calories burned per day. #sqlselfcare
