It's been (please excuse the word) re-plinthed, so everything else is much later, probably between C18-C19 TTM🐭

Denoting the market place the outer battlemented enclosure is C15 indicated by 4-centred arches. Mouse suspect the actual cross is older probably C14. Like most it lost its original head
