@skc2000rpm @SafetyOverSpeed @RSGuy_India Too fast. Look at the static #CAS. The lampposts become visible 3 seconds before the car crosses them. Shd b 5 sec. He could not have stopped if he couldn't swerve around those obstacles. When visibility is low (fog, rain, night), #static_CAS takes precedence over #dynamic_CAS.
