I finished my gamification inforgraphic and now I am finishing my last elemental my kit which is my book of STEM careers. Canβt wait to reveal the finished product on Thursday! #STEMImplement #SheSTEMsFromMe @STEMcapstone
After talking to Coach Burgess about being stuck with my app, he gave me the idea of making a website instead. Iβm going to talk with Coach Appleby tomorrow before giving up on the app. His feedback is important! @STEMcapstone #STEMImplement #TeamHealthRehab
The first prototype was somewhat successful. I was able to add interactive features such as zoom in and out. Now, I'm moving onto hallways of the school building. This is the first look of the hallway leading to the library.

I finally have the Arduino setup for #LightAlert! It has been a challenge for the past week in building my prototype because I changed my design, but now I'm back on track! I started off with learning the basics of using the circuit board below.

I finished my prototype. Now I am working on creating a real app. I have a lot of good feedback and ideas on how to make my app great. I have never made an app before, so I plan on talking to Coach Appleby to get some tips.

I finished up my prototype & did a trial run with it with the freshman girls ! We had our own mini STEM TABLE TALK to test out how these sessions would go when they actually started to happenπ. The girls loved it & gave me really great feedback ! #STEMImplement @STEMcapstone
Due to multiple complications within this past week. It has made it hard for me to take any big steps forward in my #STEMImplement stage. However, with the next upcoming week, I plan to finish my prototype and meet with reviewers once more.

I had to change my while design for #LightAlert. I decided to put the focus on the baby car seat. The baby car seat will have a proximity sensor with the car key. Can't wait to use the Arduino to start testing the light and sound for #LightAlert!
